70 Pieces, One Company

Every guest earns a custom puzzle piece by finishing a breakout with their team. Before dinner, everyone builds the puzzle together, and it stands on display in its frame with one piece saved for the end of the night.

Whatever we go through as a team, it takes every one of you to make this company whole.

  1. Hana designs the puzzle in your brand and 3D prints exactly 70 pieces, plus a few spares.
  2. Each breakout keeps its own tray of pieces.
  3. When a team finishes its challenge, every person on it receives their piece.
  4. After the breakouts, everyone builds the puzzle together before dinner.
  5. It stands in its frame on display through dinner, one piece missing.
  6. During Fire Bubbles, your leader places the last piece.
  7. The finished puzzle is framed and sent to your office.

How It Runs

The breakouts come first, and the group builds the puzzle together. Then dinner, and the night ends with fire, one big circle, and the last piece. We will set the days around your meeting schedule.

The Opening

Niko Arapkiles

Niko Arapkiles of Vision Espresso opens with a talk on teamwork and why every piece matters.

  1. He speaks to the full group before the breakouts begin.
  2. When each person can see where the company is going, they can see where their own piece fits.
  3. Throughout the event, small groups sign up for short private sessions to create their own Vision Espresso. Spots are limited.

Breakout One

Acroyoga

Partners balance together, coached by Hana's acrobats. Every pose takes both people to hold, and everyone stays grounded unless they choose to fly.

  1. Hana's acrobats lead a short warm-up and teach the three roles: base, flyer and spotter.
  2. Guests pair up across departments, one from sales and one from operations.
  3. Grounded poses first: back-to-back sits and partner balances with both feet down.
  4. Anyone who wants to fly tries a simple lift with a coach and a spotter beside them.
  5. To finish, the whole group holds one shared pose for five seconds, and everyone earns their piece.

Breakout Two

The Route

A blindfolded teammate carries a bag through an obstacle course to the can, guided only by their team's voice.

  1. Two teams of about 11, each with its own built course: low hurdles, a balance beam, a crawl tunnel, stepping platforms and rope gates.
  2. One runner is blindfolded and carries the bag. The can waits at the end.
  3. One teammate guides by voice and everyone else stays silent. The guide changes every run.
  4. A Hana spotter walks beside every runner.
  5. Halfway through, the teams swap courses so the route changes.
  6. Everyone runs once and guides once. When the bag lands, runner and guide earn their pieces.

Breakout Three

The Chain Reaction

Small teams each build one section of a giant chain reaction, then connect it to the next team's section.

  1. Teams of four to six each get a table and a kit of building pieces.
  2. Thirty minutes to design and test their section.
  3. Neighboring teams agree on exactly where and how their sections connect.
  4. The group triggers the full chain. If it breaks, they fix that hand-off and run it again.
  5. When it runs start to finish, everyone earns their piece.

The Final Night

Dinner + Live Music

Everyone sits down together for dinner with a live musician.

  1. While the hotel resets the room, guests have drinks and build the puzzle together.
  2. Hana builds the seating from your roster so departments and brands sit together.
  3. A live musician plays through dinner.
  4. Small ambient fire outside where the venue allows.
  5. The framed puzzle stands on display through dinner, one piece missing.

The Close

Fire Show + Fire Bubbles

The night ends outside with fire, one big circle, and the last piece.

  1. After dinner, everyone steps out to the lawn, and the framed puzzle comes with them.
  2. Two Hana fire performers give a 15-minute show.
  3. Everyone forms one big circle around the framed puzzle for Fire Bubbles. Our performers set a bubble in each guest's hand and light it for a split second, passing the fire around the circle.
  4. With our performers guiding every step, your leader holds a lit fire bubble and places the last piece.
  5. The message is revealed, and that moment becomes the photo of the week.

One Team

Hana Runs It

One Hana team handles the whole night from the first call to the last guest out.

  1. An on-site producer runs the night.
  2. Each activity's lead and helpers set it up, run it and take it down.
  3. A puzzle keeper looks after the pieces, the frame and the final reveal.
  4. A live musician, two fire performers and a fire safety lead.
  5. We secure the Scottsdale Fire permit and coordinate catering, bar, servers and the room reset with the Adeline.
